How to Get the Fastest Technical Support

Have the following information ready to help Technical Support answer your questions quickly:

  • Your full name.
  • Your company name.
  • Your phone number, with extension.
  • Your BarTender Edition, Version #, and Build # (see the About option in your Help menu).
  • Your operating system.
  • Your printer's make and model (including print resolution).
  • The Version # and Build # of any printer Drivers by Seagull you are using.
  • Description of the problem, including any error messages and corrective steps you have already tried.
  • When contacting support by e-mail, attach a copy of your BarTender label format file.
  • If you are having a problem reading from a database, provide a representative portion of the database.

And be sure you have registered BarTender.  Registration is required to receive Technical Support.
