Frequently asked questions
Are there upfront costs or additional fees?
Each BarTender Cloud Plan requires an annual subscription fee and a one-time $395 provisioning charge. The provisioning charge includes two (2) label template designs and label template consultation with our Label Design team and Customer Success onboarding. Our Customer Success process will provision your account, take you through the onboarding process and provide any needed implementation and account configuration assistance.
What support and service packages are available?
The Essential Support plan is included in the BarTender Cloud Essentials Plan. Essential support provides access to community support forums and email support during regional business hours. Urgent priority issue response times are 4 hours. Standard and Premium Support plans are included in the BarTender Cloud Automation Plan. The Standard Support plan is included in the BarTender Cloud Automation Plan. Standard Support provides live phone, email and chat support with a 2 hour urgent priority issue response time. BarTender Cloud Automation Plan customers may also upgrade to the Premium Support Plan which provides 24x7x365 coverage and a 1 hour urgent priority issue response time.
Can I pay monthly?
Currently, BarTender Cloud Plans are only available on an annual subscription basis.
What happens if I print more labels than what's included in plan?
For label printing volume overages of 5% or less, customers will need to renew their BarTender Cloud Plan at the next highest volume tier from their original purchase. For label printing volume overages more than 5%, an additional invoice will be provided for the additional label printing volume.
How long are your subscriptions?
BarTender Cloud plans are offered on an annual subscription basis.
Can I upgrade at anytime? Can I add more products later?
BarTender Cloud customers can add a higher label volume tier at any time. Upgrading to a higher label volume tier will cost 10% more than if you had originally started at this tier level. BarTender Cloud Essential Plan customers can upgrade to the Automation plan at any time. Upgrading to the Automation Plan will cost 10% more than if you had originally started with the Automation plan.
