Continued Growth Spurs More Hiring

After a record year of sales in 2010, Seagull Scientific is proud to be on course for another 15% to 20% growth in 2011. Of course, that means hiring additional personnel in order to ensure the same high level of customer service our resellers expect and enjoy. Recent additions have included new personnel in both Sales and Technical Support.

"We're obviously proud to be continuing our forward progress at a time when so many corporations are watching their budgets so carefully," said Jeremy Seigel, company CEO. "More than anything, however, this is a testament to the hard work of our resellers, since they are the ones out there making things happen.  And it's a very clear justification for expanding our investment in the channel."

Gary Hagood Joins Seagull as Channel Sales Manager

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Gary Hagood as Channel Sales Manager for the Eastern USA and Canada. Gary brings with him 20 years of Auto ID industry experience, including expertise in mobile computing, inkjet and thermal printing systems. He has worked at Intermec, Videojet, Motorola and, most recently, ID Technology. (In the majority of his previous positions, Gary's duties included the promotion and sales of our BarTender software.)
