Seagull Scientific is proud to announce the release of its first case study
video. As you enjoy this multimedia exploration of an especially interesting
application of BarTender, please consider which of your own customers might
also have interesting installations. Perhaps you would like to
collaborate with us (at our expense) on a video like this!
About Force Protection, Inc.

contractor specializing in the manufacture of mine-resistant, ambush-protected

Want to Become a Movie Star?
Being in a Seagull Scientific case study video may not win you an Academy
Award, but it is a great way to get a free case study for your own use. Do you
have an end-user application of BarTender other people would find interesting
or impressive? For example, applications of BarTender that:
• |
Are at a large or high-profile company. |
• |
Generate especially high volumes of labels. |
• |
Solved a major problem with the user’s previous system, such as: |
- |
Improving or simplifying integration with their ERP software. |
- |
Simplifying the design of complex labels. |
- |
Managing a very large number of label formats. |
- |
Addressing an important data security requirement. |
If you have a compelling story to share with us, please contact us with some
details. (Contact information provided below.) You could be on your way to
having a free case study video!
If your proposal is chosen:
• |
We will make all production arrangements, including flying you or a
representative to the site of the actual shoot (usually a full day). We
will reimburse you for any out-of-pocket expenses. |
• |
Although we shoot many hours of material, our videos are edited down to 5 to 7
minutes. |
• |
Although the initial completed video prioritizes our own marketing needs, you
may find that it meets your own marketing needs as well. If, however, you would
prefer a version that more strongly emphasizes you and your company, you can
make separate editing arrangements with our videographer. Or, you can receive a
royalty-free copy of all recorded materials for use by your own editor.
(Production and editing for any second version would be at your expense.) |
To propose one of your end-user installations for consideration as a case
study, please write up an overview that includes: |
• |
A description of who the end-user is, what they do and where they are located. |
• |
How do they use BarTender and how did it improve their operations? |
• |
What things are most impressive about their operations? |
• |
If BarTender is integrated with other software, please tell us a little bit
about what other software was used and provide a brief summary of the the
integration method. |
Please e-mail your overview to Tom Cunningham, our BarTender Product Marketing
Manager, at CaseStudyVideos@seagullscientific.com.
