More Languages and Translated Modules

Seagull Scientific has sold products internationally for nearly two decades. As part of our growth as a worldwide supplier of quality software, we have continued to translate BarTender into more and more languages.

Greek, Russian and Turkish Added
BarTender 7.5 adds Greek, Russian and Turkish, bringing the total number of supported languages to 23.

More Product Modules Now Translated
With BarTender version 7.5, numerous product components have now been translated into all 23 of our supported languages.

Existing, already-translated items that are available now in all 23 languages supported by BarTender:

• BarTender user-interface
• Printer Drivers user-interface
• CD Installation Manager
• Installer program

The following are new items that did not exist before at all. They are available now in all 23 languages:

• Quick Start Guide
• Product Key Code Card
• Box Labels
• Activation FAQ
• Activation Web Site

The following two existing items had not previously been translated. They have now been translated into all 23 languages and will be available soon:

• Commander user-interface
• Seagull License Server user-interface

Translations of Various Help Systems Increased from Five to Six Languages
Simply due to the extraordinary cost involved, we have previously maintained our help systems in only five languages: French, Spanish, German, Japanese and English. We have now added the “Simplified” version of Chinese – the language spoken in mainland China. That means that the BarTender help system now supports six languages (available now).

More Help Systems Translated
In addition, the help systems for Commander and the Seagull License Server, which had not previously been translated, have now been translated into these six languages as well. (The new translations of these two items are scheduled for release soon.)
