BarTender's Version 6.2 Includes Windows XP Support
BELLEVUE, WA, USA - November 13, 2001--Seagull Scientific has released
its latest version of BarTender at Frontline Expo in Chicago. In addition to Windows XP compatibility, Version 6.2 offers expanded capabilities in label design, database options, and bar code support.
Version
6.2 power features include an auto fix option that automatically alters page set-up settings when users switch out printers, an enhanced network installation, and a new CD set-up package available in 19 languages.
Version 6.2 also simplifies label design by auto-sizing text to fit inside a rectangle, by displaying fonts in groups by type, and by allowing the export of objects and labels using 16 million or 256 colors.
BarTender continues to support more bar code symbologies than most packages with the addition of MicroPDF417 and support for the TCIF labeling standards.
The update is available for the Enterprise Edition,
