Streamlining the Support Process
You Must Properly Register Your Software
You must register BarTender to receive Technical Support. You can register
quickly and easily at:

Other Required Information
Even though you are registered, you will be asked on the phone for some or all
of the following information:

Your full name.

Your company name.

Your phone number, with extension.

Description of your Seagull product, including Product Name, Edition, Version
#, and Build # (see the About option in your Help
menu).

Your operating system (if Windows NT, please include the Service Pack #). Make
and model of your printer (including print resolution).

The Version # and Build # of your Seagull Windows printer driver

Description of the problem you are experiencing, including any error messages
and corrective steps you may already have attempted.

When getting tech support by e-mail, please attach a copy of your BarTender
label format to your initial e-mail.

If you are having a problem reading from a database, receiving a representative
portion of your database can be very helpful.
